    1.Our products are shipped only within the boundaries of India.

    2.We offer free shipping for all domestic orders. 

    3.Your product(s) will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days which shall be depending on the pin code. 

    4. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for deliveries.

    5. We take extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery and will get your order to you as soon as possible. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the agreed delivery time shall be extended without prejudice. 

    6.You will receive a notification from our logistics partner once your order gets shipped.

    7.Your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.

    8.Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.

    9.For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us at info@unnamra.com within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images. 

    10.In case a wrong product is delivered, you can contact us at info@unnamra.com along with product images.

    11.In case a product or products are missing from your order, you can contact us at info@unnamra.com within 48 hours of receiving the products and we’ll get back to you.

    12.We do not offer in-store pick-up for online orders.



  • CANCELLATION

    1.Order's can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.

    2.Please raise the cancellation request by email at info@unnamra.com

     

  • RETURN/ EXCHANGE

    1.All amounts paid are non-refundable.

    2.You have the possibility to return or exchange your order within 14 days after purchase.

    3.We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

    4.The credit note is valid for a year from the date of issue and can be redeemed online or at our store.

     5. Any used, damaged products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted.

    6.We do not offer refunds on orders. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. 

    7.Request a pickup for your returns and exchanges by writing to us at info@unnamra.com.Our delivery partner shall collect the product from the place of delivery and upon us receiving the same we shall process the credit note. 

     8.Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap packaging, if paid, will be deducted from your credit note amount. 

    9.You can also exchange the products at the following address : Unnamra, Shop no.10 to 14, Petit hall shopping center, Nepean sea road, Mumbai - 400006.

    10.Exceptions: Tableware and Home furnishings are not eligible for exchange. 

    11.Sale items are not eligible for exchange.      

    12.Any exchange request after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

    13.In order to initiate a return or an exchange on a gift we require the email ID that was used to make the purchase as well as the order number. If the gift is returned, then we issue a gift card to avoid reaching out to the original buyer. This gift card is valid online and in our store for a year.
